Eric Texier doesn’t like being put into a box. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionately outspoken in what he does. He does the best for his vineyards and doesn’t want to be labelled organic, biodynamic or natural although he uses a little of all three methods in his winemaking. He does what the grapes tell him rather than fashion!

Light, fresh citrusy notes - very fruity with that tell tale gewurz lychee, aromatic blossom character.
Very easy, fresh and fruity without suffering from that over unctuous oiliness that can be associated with this grape.
