Stoney, spicy fruit with a good rigid, firm mineral structure. A savoury mid palate - good terroir character. An excellent introduction to the style of Minervois reds.

Punchy, spicy - quite lifted nose. A very well structured wine, really quite serious stuff. A happy use of wood to create something very well moulded but not overpowering. Really good stony dark fruit - very upright. Polished finish.
